* To receive the backup CD, you must purchase a backup CD along with the software.
If you are an existing member and would like to purchase the CD separately, please contact our sales department at: sales@whitesmoke.com

In order for the backup CD to arrive in a decent time frame, it is highly important that the form will be filled correctly and will include all relevant details for shipment.

Please allow up to 21 business days from date of purchase to receive the Backup CD in the mail.
